Culinary Academy
The building in Cafova street is interposed between a 19th century high school and 1930’s Modernist architecture. Its compact volume houses a very extensive and versatile programme of the College of Catering and Tourism, including an auditorium, a restaurant, cooking and serving classrooms, a two-level library, and a wellness centre. The compact facade reflects all the important contents of the building, as well as its two-floor spaces, while the curtain wall facade acts as a mediator between the new building and its existing street context.
