Vila Soča Inn – Community Centre in Čezsoča
The inn building in Čezsoča is constructed from solid cross-laminated timber (CLT) and is situated in the centre of the village as part of a broader complex of spatial and architectural projects. The building features a public ground floor with the hotel reception, a public restaurant, an event hall, and a sustainable mobility room. The design contributes to strengthening the community and supporting the village development, as the reconstruction and extension replace the former community centre, which could not be renovated due to its structural condition.
