Vilharia

Viharia will be the largest and greenest office building in Slovenia, designed in accordance with Nordic architectural tradition, aesthetics and warmth. It is pre-certified LEED Platinum and has the ambition to join only two carbon-neutral buildings in Europe with LEED Zero Carbon certification, defining workspace standards and setting new benchmarks for office building development. It brings to Ljubljana advanced technologies such as smart ventilation systems and a people-centred design that incorporates green spaces and an abundance of natural light in the interior spaces.
