The Iskra Mehanizmi business and industrial facility consist of two parts: the business facility and the production and storage area. The business part is located in the southeast of the plot and connects with the production and storage area through an intermediate one-story part, which houses the measuring room, laboratory, prototype workshop, dining room, and changing rooms. The green roof serves as a recreation area.
