House Berginc

The house is situated on the edge of Slovnske Konjice, near the vineyards. Its shape is apparent from the context of the landscape (straight lines and triangular shapes of vineyards) and not from the chaotic context of the surrounding houses. With the selection of the materials – metal, wood and concrete – the house becomes a spatial composition, almost a sculptural work of large format that summarizes the design features of the surrounding landscape. The layout is classic: parking, storage and ancillary facilities in the basement, living room and office on the ground floor, bedroom and other rooms on the upper floor.
