These four residential units in Kranj form a mini-neighbourhood with a common yard, which serves as a playground or even as a place to wash one’s car. The surrounding area is densely populated and characterized by predominantly low quality architecture. Each of the four new units features a central living area with a height of almost 4 m, where a large glazed sliding wall allows the garden to enter the house. The ground floor spaces are lively and relaxed, as these are modern family homes. Each of the gardens offers enough playing space for the children, but is still small enough to allow easy maintenance. The secluded roof terraces boast views of the city of Kranj and of the surrounding Alps. The neighbourhood will be finished by the end of 2017.
