MUZA Museum, Gallery and Academy

The partial renovation of the Mestna hranilnica ljubljanska on Čopova Street in Ljubljana involves the creation of a modern art gallery on the second and third floors. After the removal of all non-original and non-load-bearing elements, the spaces were redesigned according to the principles of contemporary gallery design. Gallery walls were installed along the perimeter of the rooms, providing surfaces for displaying artworks. A uniform grey linoleum flooring was laid, creating a neutral background that complements the gallery walls. The lighting was designed with the installation of a lighting ceiling that ensures an even distribution of light, complemented by additional spotlights to further illuminate the artworks.
