After many years of neglect, the abandoned basement inside the castle wall offered an opportunity for a creative challenge. The previously forgotten space became the Treasury, an entry point to the Municipality of Črnomelj – a unique, attractive space on the edge of the historic town centre, where visitors can find key information when visiting, experiencing and exploring the most interesting features of Črnomelj and Bela Krajina.
