Winery Edi Simčič

Wine cellar Edi Simčič is located in Goriška Brda. It includes a wine cellar, a production part and a tasting room.
Because it is located on the edge of the village, which is mostly composed of residential and agricultural buildings, it is designed to blend unnoticeably with the silhouette of the village.
The cellar is mostly dugged-in.
Its design is based on the characteristics of the local building heritage and on the traditional terracing of slopes with drystone.
