POLJANE THEATRE
The renovated theatre is located in a historical Austro-Hungarian building, under a 9-metre high wooden roofing. The walls and the roof construction are painted matt black, which erases the complex geometry of the space. In the midst of the resulting empty blackness, two light pyramids are suspended, creating a new architecture of the auditorium. Low benches do not predetermine the number of seats or the seating order, contributing to a democratic and relaxed atmosphere.
