House on the hill

A dwelling for a family on a small hill farm, where the house and the landscape merge into each other. The house features an atrium and a small living area in the attic. It is built of natural materials with a basic timber frame construction. Externally it is characterised by a covered veranda with a dining area and a separate covered terrace dedicated to wellness. The roof has overhangs on parts to provide shading without blinds, and a sheet metal ventilated façade on the remaining parts. Interior features include open volumes, a separate children’s area and a technology room on the first floor.

House on the mountain is located near Cerkelje na Gorenjskem.
