Kvartet
Kvartet is one of the largest residential projects in Ljubljana. The neighbourhood is designed to create a modern and dynamic urban life with views of nature. The project was completed in 2023 and offers 236 residential units. It stands out with its four 54-metre high towers, situated in a strategically positioned, previously neglected area. The architectural design of Kvartet was led by Špela Videčnik and OFIS architects, who used a green concept on the upper terraced floors to create a visual dialogue with the Alpine peaks in the background. The well-thought-out floor plans of the differently sized apartments allow for living comfort and natural light from two sides. As part of the project, 272 trees were planted in the external landscaping.
