Baroque Court Apartments
The renovation joined three Baroque houses with a shared internal court in the old city center into one single unit with 12 apartments. A shop was preserved on the ground floor and an office on the first floor. Both had been renovated in the 1980s. The courtyard, which has been covered, now serves as the central communication space, bringing natural light and natural ventilation into the apartments that overlook it. Historical stone arches, pillars and slabs were discovered during the construction, and these elements became part of the interior. They form visible reflections on the glass facade coating.
