Cultural heritage building renovation in Črnomelj
The building which hosts a music school is a historical monument and its facade and the inner staircase are included in the monument protection programme. The interior was in urgent need of reconstruction due to the dilapidation, inconvenient distribution of rooms, lack of classrooms and concert halls, unsuitable communication facilities, obsolete bathrooms, and poor lightning. The reconstruction provided two concert halls, renovated classrooms and bathrooms, management offices and a new lift.
