90 percent of this villa in the village of Podgrad is made of wood. This carefully planned building combines modern architecture, aesthetics, advanced technology, economy, ecology and sustainable building. Thanks to its low environmental impact and the choice of materials, the house ensures a low carbon footprint throughout its life cycle.
