Residence Lakovič
The building is designed as a single-family house optimised for design and energy efficiency. It is a combination of classic AB construction and modern prefabricated wooden construction. It has an irregular U-shape in plan, positioned towards the access street and the neighbours, so that the side parts largely enclose the main living space, which is oriented towards the shaped garden on the ground floor and the nearby green hill on the first floor. The house offers thermal comfort in all seasons. Underfloor heating and ceiling cooling are designed with a heat recovery system via a ground-to-water heat pump and a ground-mounted vertical collector with a remote control system.
