Klemen Pastry & Bakery

Klemen Pastry & Bakery is located on the ground floor of a new office building. The young client’s wishes were to integrate the production and service areas, to have sophisticated technological equipment, a pleasant ambience and a low investment price. The serving area is located in the front of the space, next to the terrace which is shared, while the production area is separated from the service area only by a velvet curtain, which muffles sounds and closes the space if necessary. Part of the equipment was custom made, the chairs and tables are from Ikea.
