The low-energy solid wood L-shaped prefabricated house is located on the edge of a new housing development, with a view of fields and woods. The ground floor comprises office space and living quarters, which open onto a garden. Bedrooms are placed on the first floor, with the master bedroom opening onto a terrace, which doubles as a roof over the ground floor. The basement hosts utility spaces. The modern design of the house is accentuated by a larchwood facade and an earthly brown plaster.
