Sotelia

The Sotelia Wellness Hotel stands between two older hotels. The main concern in the design was to avoid the enormous building mass proposed in the client’s brief that would have completely blocked the last remaining view of the forest behind. The hotel volume is therefore broken up into smaller units arranged in landscape hugging tiers.
