Renovation and addition to this restaurant with a long-standing tradition responded to the needs of a young chef. The annex was built in a beautifully maintained garden with a pond, and is linked to the old building with bridges. The special features of the restaurant are a clear distinction between old and new, garden patios to allow nature into the building, and a timeless yet warm space.
