A large part of the house is hidden below the street level and forms a closed world, separated from its surroundings. On the upper floors, the interior is intertwined with the exterior. Each floor offers a different level of privacy and a different connection with the exterior. Concrete, from which the house is built, allows for large spaces. Due to the minimalist façade, the house is mysterious and in no way reveals its interior.
