Doppler Estate

Doppler Wine House, set atop a vineyard hill above the Pesnica valley, merges a long family winemaking tradition with contemporary timber architecture. The renovation and extension above the existing cellar create an open, nature-connected restaurant with generous glazing. Materiality is rooted in local wood and regional stone, reinterpreted in terrazzo, and a ventilated brick façade reflecting the character of the surrounding landscape.
