Passive house Leska
The concept of the passive house Leska is based on several principles which had to be harmonized during the planning process. The design of the house and its open spaces followed bioclimatic criteria. The architect/owner wished to create a comfortable home for a large family with a dynamic lifestyle, as well as to allow for adjustments as the children grow up. 330 square metres on the ground floor and first floor comprise main communication routes. The common living spaces open onto terraces, while smaller individual spaces offer more privacy. The 153 square metres of basement houses service rooms, a small fitness and a music room. The landscaping is functional, well connected to the interior, ensuring high quality living conditions.
