Dars Grič office building
A public architectural competition was launched in 2018 for the construction of the Dars office buildings, in which sustainable design criteria were specifically highlighted in accordance with the DGNB certification criteria. The chosen solution of studio abiro from Ljubljana, which was conscientiously realized towards the end of 2024, was recognized as the best, as it offered a restrained urban design and several innovative sustainable approaches. The long-term adaptability of the building content was also key, as the company’s structure changes regularly in accordance with its dynamics and logistical challenges.
