Brezovica neighborhood
The urban micro-planning as well as the floor plans of 15 individual units in this residential neighbourhood offer a modern living experience, while at the same time creating a sense of community and providing privacy for residents. Due to the small size of the plot, the buildings with their carports are alternately removed from the main street, which brings greater dynamism and less uniformity to the neighbourhood. The homes with 140m2 of living space can be built according to two different floor plans, featuring a functional and flexible design.
