Baroness’s House

The Baroness’s House, designed by Fritz Friedriger, is one of the best preserved Art Nouveau buildings in Maribor. It was renovated to house the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The style of all architectural elements was harmonized to adapt the building to its new contents. New features, such as a lift, interior glazed walls and the garden, were adapted to the original to achieve a timeless image of the whole building.
