Zasip – expansion and renovation

The renovated Oton Jugovec house in Zasip preserves the original form of the holiday home while providing more space and functionality. The underground volume includes a living area, wellness zone, and garage without disturbing the architecture. Skylights, a panoramic window, and exterior passages connect the interior with nature. The use of concrete, clinker brick, and spruce formwork, along with the restoration of details such as stairs and wooden shutters, maintains the character of the original house.
