Villa Porta no
Villa Porta No is designed as a multi-functional residential building, integrating a private home, accommodation units, and spaces for social interaction. The choice of location was influenced by the investors’ vision—a Slovenian-Croatian couple—of a stone house with a garden and a strong connection to a vibrant local community. This vision found its setting in the picturesque town of Bale. Spanning four levels and covering approximately 280 m², the building represents a synthesis of the revitalization of existing architectural heritage and contemporary residential principles.
