Villa Kobdilj 1835

Villa Kobdilj 1835, one of the largest Karst homesteads, has been carefully restored to preserve its historic essence while transforming it into a modern tourist retreat. The project focused on respecting cultural heritage — uncovering old wall paintings, retaining ancient beams, and preserving stone details. The main challenge was blending authenticity with comfort without falsifying the past. The result is a subtle harmony of old and new, inviting visitors to experience both space and time.
