Triple House
The units are designed as row housing with a minimal gap between the semi-detached and detached house. The key architectural concept is creating a dialog with the surrounding housing via the fragmented building volumes and different roof types. The layout of all three units is identical and measures around 140 m2 of net surface. JUBHome ICF was chosen as the construction system, delivering passive standard to all units.
