The building combines business and housing on a narrow plot between residential and business zone. The main entrance to the public part of the building is through the parking lot facing the main access road on the north side. The eastern balconies provide a high degree of privacy to the apartments, while the cosmetic cabins on the west side are sheltered by parapet windows.
