Piccolo
The house on the main square of a Mediterranean town is characterized by a narrow, elongated floor plan with minimal space and a distinctive green color. The main challenge of the renovation was to provide comfortable living on a small surface. The renovation followed the principle of reuse, with almost all demolition materials repurposed. Historical layers of plaster were preserved on the walls, serving as windows into the past. The green color from the façade became a unifying theme throughout the renovation.
The house is located in Croatian Istria.
