Peter’s Home, Šempeter near Gorica
The client’s requirement was a building that would satisfy the needs of the elderly. The small building plot and a compact structure of the adjacent buildings were the main criteria for the new design. That includes functional requirements, energy efficiency, offers comfortable living conditions and also respects the principles of sustainable building.
A thoughtful placement in the landscape, shape and use of the construction in combination with wood and concrete was the right answer.
