Passive standard house renovation

The main problems of this family home built by the owners in the 1970s were excessive space, which was not fully used, the large volume of the building and its energetic inefficiency. The renovation strived to solve all these. Minimal wall changes resulted in a much more functional layout. Using colour distinctions, we divided the volumes between a light-coloured southern living space and a darker northern service space, avoiding an aggressive image of the building. Passive standard renovation allowed for a greater energetic efficiency.

Reservation required. The reservations will open on 7th April.
