MOL Slovenija Offices

The project consists of new workspaces that are focused on people, support collaboration and modern ways of working, while providing enough privacy and quiet work corners. The workspaces include five meeting rooms, innovation spaces, a gym and a cafe with an outdoor deck at the top of the building. The floor-to-ceiling whiteboard walls encourage active collaboration while standing meeting spaces facilitate informal get-togethers. While exploring the office, many cosy and unique corners are hidden – no two spaces are the same. At the core of each floor is an informal gathering space that acts as a multi-purpose square and ensures that spontaneous interactions take place. An open staircase connects all three floors. The new environment provides excellent acoustics and lighting, as well as contributes to well-being and health through ergonomically sound workstations. At the same time the new offices reflect the brand, culture and values of the MOL company and accommodate future growth.
