In planning the new premises of a school attended by children from the age of 3 to 18, we were faced with the following challenges: how do we design appropriate learning spaces in a building which was originally planned for another purpose? How do we unify rooms on four floors to make them function as a whole? How can we support the curriculum and the values of the British International School of Ljubljana through design?
