The two semi-detached houses contain 8 dwellings. Each semi-detached dwelling consists of two two-storey and two three-storey dwellings. The two-storey apartment opens onto a small urban garden with a living room, while the three-storey apartment has a luxurious terrace with a view in the attic. The structural system and open floor plan allowed the occupants to individually design the individual rooms and the number of rooms. The apartments have an extra room height of 2.70m, which emphasises the feeling of spaciousness and airiness.
