The new office building is thoughtfully set in a green oasis in the midst of industrial halls. The playful canopy of existing trees discreetly complements the minimalist architecture. Due to the layout of the building, all spaces except the service rooms are glazed and open to quality outdoor spaces. The architectural design of the building is very simple, consisting of two slightly offset volumes: the ground floor – the base, which is mostly closed, and the longer sides of the fully glazed upper floor.
