The assisted-living building is designed with a layout of G+3 floors and a flat roof. It comprises 28 assisted-living apartments and a common area for residents to socialize. Storage rooms and other shared facilities are provided in the building’s basement. The building is energy-efficient, offering residents a high level of comfort while keeping operating costs low. Heating and domestic hot water are provided by heat pumps installed on the roof. The surroundings feature paved walkways and a landscaped parking area with 24 parking spaces. A covered bicycle storage area and a space for separate waste collection are located next to the building. The building has a compact form with understated natural façade colours, highlighted by larger areas of white.
