Apartments White and Black
Starting points: The maximum utilization of the attic space. Execution of two living units with galleries and 7 large panoramic windows in each unit.
The attic is divided into a western and a northern unit with a wall in the ridge of the roof. The northern apartment has a normal height at the entrance, after which the ceiling drops in the kitchen service area. The last part of the apartment opens into a luxurious high central living part from where the stairs lead to the gallery. The apartment has a bedroom and a spacius bathroom.
