APARTMENT BUILDING GRADAŠKA
The predominant morfology of Trnovo is a medley of residential buildings and villas surrounded by trees. Depending on the shape of the plot, we designed a building with elongated and somehow triangular shape. An open staircase connects the two separate volumes of the building and becomes an element that divides the basic shape of the building. In this way the size of the new structure is attenuated. The facade is ascetic, made of only three materials (ceramics, perforated sheet metal, wooden cladding). The balconies stand out. The roof is flat.
