Residential neighborhood Zvezna
The urban and architectural design, composed of four identical multi-residential volumes along Flajšmanova Street, completes the wider urban block and establishes a clear street frontage. Toward the interior, the buildings are articulated and open onto a public park that becomes the central space of the community. The development comprises 88 non-profit rental apartments, designed as bright, dual-aspect homes adapted to different household sizes.
