Center of elderly Izola
The project consists of two multi-apartment buildings and a centre for daily activities. The Real Estate Fund of the Institute for Pension and Invalidity Insurance (NSPIZ) and the Municipality of Izola combined this programme into the Centre for the elderly Izola which will function as a new intergenerational centre. The entire architectural and urban design is based on the integration of residential and public programme into a functional whole. Building volumes are designed to create diverse interior and exterior contents and to provide a quality living environment.
