Renovation of a terraced house in Podutik
The terraced house in Podutik was built in the 1960s as part of the construction of the entire settlement and later slightly extended. The ground floor is raised 65 centimetres above the terrain. The original structure was built in light prefabricated timber and the subsequent extensions were built in brick and reinforced concrete. The renovation maintained the dimensions of the house, including the additions, while the rearrangement of the interior spaces followed the needs of the new owners for a modern way of life. The central space is a spacious living area with kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace. The high ceiling follows the sloping roof. Through a large panoramic window, views open onto a comfortable terrace and the green areas of the garden.
