Old buildings have interesting stories to tell – that’s what inspires us to keep them alive. The designer wanted to refresh them with modernity. The apartment retains a bourgeois feel with high ceilings and herringbone parquet flooring, while complemented by modern lines, natural materials and a thoughtful colour palette. The kitchen, dining and living areas form a harmonious whole in a modern yet historically respectful living environment.
