Minimum housing for young families

A group of students began to search for solutions to the problem of first homes for young couples and families. Based on interviews with young parents, the formation of housing units followed two typical scenarios (a young couple and a young family with a pre-school child). The units measure 9 and 10.5 m2 in size and 3.7 meters in height, which enables the exploitation of surfaces at different levels. An essential part of these minimal apartments is a quality outdoor space that serves as an extension of the living space.
