Faculty of Medicine

The Faculty of Medicine in Maribor is a teaching and research facility. It is located on the river Drava embankment and faces the city centre with a colourful glass facade. The entrance is in the rear into first floor which hosts a cafeteria, a terrace, and classrooms. The ground floor comprises the large classrooms, a library and reading room, a shop, student laboratories and storage rooms. The management offices and staff rooms are on the second and third floors. An annex hosts research laboratories and an underground passage leads to the university hospital.
