Bled House
Due to the structural deterioration and non-functional floor plan, only the basement with service parts has been preserved from the original house, which dates from 1955, and a new garage was added to it. On the existing masonry two volumes were placed as the archetypal image of a house, made of cross-laminated wooden panels and with a wooden façade connected by a glazed entrance area. The design of the interior could be described as Scandinavian minimalism with double-height rooms, plenty of wood details and natural light, as well as some colourful eclectic accessories.
