The office and commercial building has a complex program: a shop, vulcanization service with a warehouse, office space and rental offices. The visibility of the building reflects the uniform wrap of a long hanging steel facade, which provides a combination of hiding or shading and transparency. The front facade emphasizes the customer’s entrance to the two-storey sales and exhibition space, which is exposed to the view from the road. The warehouse is retracted to the back of the building and the offices are on the first floor. With its image, the Center summarizes the progress and philosophy of the company and the represented brands and the high level of commercial and business facilities.
