The play of contrasts

The interior of this newly built apartment is based on contrasts. At the clients’ request, the home had to feel open yet clearly organised, with a calm base for art and books. The entrance and living area remain fluid and open, yet the volume of the built-in wardrobes clearly separates the entry from the rest of the space. Modern joinery is complemented by timeless and vintage pieces. Blank walls and a neutral palette form a backdrop for the clients’ growing collection of colourful artworks and books.
